This policy explains what information Innovative Encompass ("we", "us") collects through innovative-encompass.com and through enquiries you send us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors to this website and to people who contact us about our services; it does not cover information a client shares with us separately under a signed project agreement, which is instead governed by that agreement's own confidentiality terms.

Who we are

Innovative Encompass is a technology and creative services company based in Pakistan. For any privacy question or request, email info@innovative-encompass.com.

Information we collect

We keep this to what we actually collect — we do not run user accounts, logins or online payments on this site, so we never collect passwords or card details here.

• Contact form: name, email address, and anything else you choose to add — company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Email: if you email us directly, we hold your address and the content of that conversation.
• Analytics (only after you accept cookies): pages viewed, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated by Google Analytics and is not tied to your name or email unless you separately contact us.
• Server logs: our host automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for every visit, for security and to keep the site running. This happens whether or not you accept cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• If we start working together, to deliver and support that project.
• To understand which pages and services people are interested in, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and stop abuse (spam and bot submissions).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing you have not asked for. We do not run automated profiling or advertising based on it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, each acting as our processor and bound to use it only for that purpose:

• Our web host, which delivers the site and the enquiries the contact form sends.
• Google Analytics, for the aggregated visit statistics described above (only after you accept cookies).
• Google Fonts, which loads our typeface and, in doing so, receives your IP address.
• Google Maps, which shows our office location on the homepage contact section and, in doing so, receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. This loads whenever that page loads, independent of the Analytics cookie choice below.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our visitors, or the public.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies. If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics then sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) and processes information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you click Decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, which is also linked at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and email correspondence for as long as it is useful to us — typically for the life of a resulting project plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records — and delete it sooner on request. Server logs are rotated by our host on a routine schedule. Aggregated analytics data is retained under Google Analytics' own standard retention settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting who on our team can access it and using a hosting provider that maintains its own server-level security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do not ask for or store payment card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers through this website.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party sites (for example, our social profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate — please read their own policies.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your analytics consent at any time. Email info@innovative-encompass.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be reflected here.
